Our Story

Kelly grew up in Southeastern Minnesota (Freeburg, to be exact!) and graduated from Caledonia High School and then graduated from Western Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin, with an Associate’s degree. She was a legal assistant for about 20 years, and had 5 years of banking experience before becoming a realtor in 2006. She has been a full-time real estate agent ever since. Kelly focuses on her clients and their needs. She is a great listener and researches everything for her clients – having her legal background has been very helpful.

Kelly Meyer is licensed in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.

She has been a top agent since the beginning of her career. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which is the highest degree of education and recognition for a realtor. She is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), specializing in helping people ages 55 and older with their real estate needs. That designation is a more detailed specialty, covering such topics as estate planning and reverse mortgages.

Kelly enjoys meeting new clients and gaining new listings. She loves finding new venues for promoting properties and the challenge of getting properties sold – She is not just a “list it and leave it” realtor. There are many roles to be played as a realtor and Kelly loves them all.

She currently lives in Caledonia with her husband Tim and her children Dylan, McKenzie, Evan, and Tristan. Kelly's family is very important to her. Being a real estate agent lets her manage her own schedule, which allows for family camping and other outdoor activities in summer. It also gives her the benefit of being able to attend her kids’ sporting events throughout the year.
